At 417 Psych, we specialize in evidence-based treatments, typically time-limited and based upon your specific treatment goals. Many of our clients request traditional talk therapy, and most of our clients are working on specific treatment plans that require specialized training.

The current rate for Joel Gurule, M.A. and Leigh-Ann McGhee, M.A. is $125 per session (45 minutes). Each of them can see clients located in Missouri.

The current rate for Dr. Roldan is $195 per session (45 minutes). She can see clients in 43 states.

417 Psych trains students in master’s or doctoral programs (e.g. counseling interns) who can see clients at a discounted rate, so ask if cost is a concern! They can only see clients located in Missouri.

We understand that treatment is an investment of your time and financial resources, and we work hard to stay up-to-date on the treatment approaches that have solid evidence for being effective. We strive to be lifelong learners and invest in our continuing education in order to provide the best care possible. All of our providers have specialized training to treat OCD, trauma, and anxiety disorders. Do not hesitate to utilize a counseling intern if cost if your biggest concern! They are closely supervised and would usually be a better option than someone without specialized OCD training. Traditional talk therapy does NOT work for OCD and often makes it worse!
