At 417 Psych, we specialize in evidence-based treatments, typically time-limited and based upon your specific treatment goals. Many of our clients request traditional talk therapy, and most of our clients are working on specific treatment plans that require specialized training.
The current rate for Dr. Roldan is $195 per session (45 minutes). She can see clients in 43 states.
The current rate for Leigh-Ann McGhee is $125 per session (45 minutes). She can see clients located in Missouri.
James Spencer, J.D. (Counseling Intern) can see clients at a lower rate on a sliding scale, so ask if cost is a concern! He can see clients located in Missouri.
We understand that treatment is an investment of your time and financial resources, and we work hard to stay up-to-date on the treatment approaches that have solid evidence for being effective. We strive to be lifelong learners and invest in our continuing education in order to provide the best care possible. All of our providers have specialized training to treat OCD, trauma, and anxiety disorders. Do not hesitate to utilize a counseling intern if cost if your biggest concern! They are closely supervised and would usually be a better option than someone without specialized OCD training. Traditional talk therapy does NOT work for OCD and often makes it worse!
