OCD & Health Anxiety Skills Training Group
A supportive space for adults struggling with OCD or health anxiety. The group focus is on introducing and implementing skills known to help recovery from OCD and health anxiety. You may choose to participate or observe. Either is acceptable since it’s a skills training group.
